Soft Returns, Simple Comfort

At PuffPetals, every plush bloom is packed with care and warmth. We truly hope that when your order arrives, it brings the softness and joy you expected.

However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — gently and fairly.

🌿 Our Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Because our plush products are soft decorative items, we cannot accept returns that have been visibly used or altered.

🌷 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that show signs of use
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

🌼 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plush arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will gladly review the issue and offer:

  • A replacement
  • Or a full refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

🌿 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. PuffPetals is not responsible for lost return packages.

🌷 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

We believe policies should feel reassuring — not overwhelming.
